We offer independent hydrology and hydraulic engineering expertise for rivers, lakes, and coastal/ocean environments, supporting complex litigation, insurance claims, and infrastructure disputes worldwide.
Our team is dedicated to helping lawyers, law firms, and insurance companies navigate the complex technical world of surface water engineering, translating intricate concepts into language that clients, judges, and juries can easily understand.
The AssessmentCourt-Ready Reporting
As your expert consultants, we are committed to providing an honest assessment. If weaknesses exist in your case theory, we will tell you. If the technical data support your position, we will analyze, model, report, and present the results with compelling graphics and in plain language that will resonate and hold up in any courtroom.
While initial assessments are typically completed within a few weeks, more complex analyses are developed as cases progress. Our team will work closely alongside legal counsel to ensure timely, case-aligned deliverables throughout the litigation process.
